Relaxation
Techniques & Meditation Techniques
Relaxation techniques & meditation techniques can help with many aspects
of daily life.
They can provide a capsule of
time to help your body balance
itself again in a restorative manner for the hours, days, and weeks
ahead.
Whether through a guided meditation or a sequence of physical release
exercises, your body can feel lighter and more at ease.
Think about
how you live your life…….
Are
you calm, completely relaxed, enjoying your life, living it to the full
with passion, enthusiasm, joy and laughter, success and happiness at
home and at work?
Or is every day filled
with stress, and anxiety, or the fear and the feeling that if it doesn’t stop,
your head will just explode?
Perhaps you're suffering from burnout or you're just feeling stuck and need to find a way to move forward
Maybe
you can’t get a good night’s sleep and you find yourself turning to
drugs but you want to find another way to help you reduce pain or perhaps you feel depressed and lost, afraid for your future.
Did
you know that by learning how to relax and de-stress for just a short
period each day you have the power to turn your life around?
Over
the past 20 years I have helped many people just like you, learn my
simple relaxation and meditation techniques and watched a remarkable
change in them, and now I’d like to help you too, if I may.
All it
takes is as little as 15 minutes a day to learn how to relax and
experience relief from that inner turmoil.
You
will begin to find yourself more able to deal with your problems
because you’ll have more energy, mentally and physically you’ll be
alert, feeling in control and able to face the future with confidence
and anticipation again.
I know that for many
people the concept of relaxation techniques and meditation techniques
seem almost out of reach.
You may see yourself as too wound up, anxious, worried, overactive,
restless, even fatigued … to possibly know where to begin.
And so the moment
passes and the thought disappears, even though you would love to have
your own experience of inner peace.
This was certainly the
case for me in years gone by, never remotely considering that;
1.
I might just be able to learn how to relax and meditate to
reduce my stress levels and tendency to worry about most
things
more than necessary, and
2.
I would actually find myself teaching others and
facilitating
groups in meditation and relaxation techniques.
In the Benefits of Meditation Page
I
have outlined a few areas where meditation and relaxation techniques
can really complement any clinical treatments or conditions and these
may also help you to achieve a more calm and relaxed state.
